The government of the Canary Islands is throwing the book at the air traffic controllers who went on strike and is taking them to court for sedition and disobedience. The controllers come under the air navigation legislation, which is tougher than the normal law. El País says that they think they have enough evidence:
Para el Ejecutivo regional existen indicios suficientes para imputar al colectivo de consoladores aéreos por los delitos de [sic] contra la administración pública, sedición y desobediencia.
That is surely a typo for controladores. Yes, it must be. After all, a consolador is a dildo.
