Well, sure. But except for the first sentence, it's perfectly clear and tells you what you need to know.

The first sentence actually makes sense as they have got the wrong sense of evitar in translating evitar el pánico. But notices like that are supposed to be instantly assimilable to anyone who might be panicking, not just to language-aware internauts. It is an example of how businesses will skimp on translation. It would have cost them about 100 euros to have it translated into good French and German as well as English.

And it was posted by the lift door, which makes a mockery of most of the content.
